Wascomat Washer Error Code 27: Level Offset
Code 27 means that at program start, when the drum should be empty, the level system shows a level beyond what the program unit can compensate automatically. Check the drain for dirt and call us to blow through the level hose and check the level control.

What does Wascomat error code 27 mean?
At the start of a program, the drum should be empty, so the Compass level system should read zero. Small differences are corrected automatically by the program unit. If the reading is beyond what it can compensate, it shows ERROR 027 / LEVEL OFFSET. The manual lists five causes: a blocked drain that keeps water in the drum, a blocked level hose, a drop of water in the level hose, a leaking level system and a defective level control. Its steps are to check the drain for dirt, blow through the level hose and check the level control in the service program. The level system tells the whole story: if the drum is really empty and the reading is high, the problem is in the sensing, and if water is really in the drum, the drain is the place to look. The first question is whether water is visible in the drum.
