Frymate stations are the electric dump and holding stations that sit next to a Vulcan fryer. The data plate lists VX15, VX21S or MF-1. They keep fried food hot until it is served.
When one stops holding heat, we check the supply and breaker, then the heating element or lamp, and the switch or control. A station that works only some of the time often has a loose connection that shows up with heat.

No. Frymate stations are electric, so there is no gas connection to check. They need a good supply and breaker, and that is where we start when one goes cold.
Why will my station not stay hot?
The element, the lamp or the control may need attention. Switch it off at the switch and call us, and we will test each part and quote the repair first.
Do you service the fryer next to it too?
Yes, and we can check both in one visit. A station that sits beside a fryer shares the same kitchen conditions, so it often needs a look at the same time.
