The VSP is the Victory sandwich and salad prep table, and the VSPD has drawers. Twenty-eight numbers are listed, such as VSP27HC-08, VSP27HC-12B and VSP36HC-10. The suffix gives the pan layout, and the controller is a Danfoss ERC type.

It gives the pan count and layout, such as -08 or -12B. We use it with the width to match lids and gaskets. The suffix is part of the model.
Why are my pans warm along the rail?
The lid, the airflow or the condenser may be the issue. Pans that stand above the rail also block the cold air stream. Pans that stand above the rail block cold air from reaching the food.
Do you clear clogged drains?
Yes. We clear the drain during a visit and check the pan so water goes where it should. We also check that the table sits level, since a tilt sends the water to the wrong end of the pan.
