The DRS and DRSA are two-door dual-temperature cabinets from Victory. Four plate numbers are listed, such as DRS(A)-2D-S1-HD-HC, DRS(A)-2D-S1-LD-HC and DRS(A)-2D-S1-PT-HD-HC. The controller shows AH1, AL1 and OPd, and the probe failure codes run from E1 to E5.
We check each door’s section on its own, then the gaskets, the airflow, the condenser and the fans. The probe codes name Pb1 to Pb5, so we test the named probe first. In a two-door cabinet, a sagging door or a worn gasket often explains one warm section.
Give us the plate number and tell us which door is the issue, and we bring the right gasket and probe. We test both sections once the repair is done, so the freezer side and the refrigerator side each hold their targets.

The plate and the control settings tell us, and we confirm with a thermometer. If you are unsure, tell us which section feels colder and we start from there.
My OPd message stays on. What now?
OPd says a door has been open too long. If it stays with both doors shut, the door switch or a gasket is the likely reason, and we test both.
Is a PT version different to repair?
PT marks a pass-thru with doors on both sides, so there are more gaskets and hinges to check. The refrigeration work is the same as on the other versions.
