The ACRS is a single-section Victory reach-in refrigerator, with four plate numbers: ACRS-1D-S1-G-HC, ACRS-1D-S1-HC, ACRS-1D-S1-PT-HC and one more. It uses the VCC controller and its familiar alarm words, such as HI, LO, HA and dor.
A one-section cabinet has a single door to seal, so we check the gasket and hinges first, then the condenser, then the fans and the codes. HI and LO tell us the cabinet is out of range, and the E codes tell us which probe to test.
If the cabinet sits in a tight space, tell us. Clearance matters more for a small unit, and we suggest changes where they help. After the repair we recheck the cabinet temperature once it has had time to settle.

It is a single section, so it is smaller than the two- and three-door reach-ins. It uses the same controller family, so the codes mean the same.
Why does my cabinet show HI at lunch?
The door opens often and warm product goes in. If HI clears as the cabinet recovers, the load was the cause. If it keeps returning, the condenser or the seal needs a look.
Do you stock gaskets for the ACRS?
We confirm the gasket by plate number before the visit, quote it in writing and fit it. The PT version has a different door, so tell us the full number.
