Rancilio Espresso Machine Repair
We repair Rancilio Classe espresso machines, from the current Classe 5, 9 and 11 to the older Classe 7, 8 and 10, in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Diego. Give us the E code and we bring the parts that match it.

The Rancilio Classe Family
The Classe is the Rancilio line we see most in cafes and restaurants. The current Classe 5 comes as an S with manual stop or a USB with electronic control, in two and three groups. The Classe 9, in S and USB versions with two, three or four groups, offers an iSteam option. The Classe 11, in USB and Xcelsius versions, keeps a log of the last 32 warnings and errors with their dates and times. The Classe 7, 8 and 10 are earlier generations that we also repair.
On the Classe 11, the E codes tell us where to look. E01 is a time-out for boiler filling, which means water is missing, so we check the supply and the fill valve. E02 is a boiler pressure time-out. E03 and E04 are a short circuit and a broken wire on the boiler pressure sensor. E09 to E12 are short circuits on the 24-volt supply to groups 1 to 4. E06 asks for softener regeneration and E07 asks for maintenance; those are reminders, not breakdowns.
Flow, Steam and Water
When a group will not dose and the display shows no signal from the flowmeter, we test the flowmeter, its wiring and the pump. Obstructed steam wand tips lose steam power, and we clean and test them. Scale from hard water collects in the boiler, so the softener matters.
The error log lets us see what happened before we arrive. We say plainly when an older Classe is no longer worth the repair. Expect a written price up front and a 30-day warranty.

E01 means the boiler filling timed out because water was missing. We check the water supply, the fill valve and the level sensing, then the pump.
Does my Classe keep a record of errors?
The Classe 11 keeps the last 32 warnings and errors with the date and time. We read that log to see what the machine has been reporting.
Do you repair the older Classe 7, 8 and 10?
Yes. We service them along with the Classe 5, 9 and 11. If an older machine is not worth the repair cost, we say so before work begins.
