Commercial Oven Repair in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Diego
Convection, deck and standard commercial ovens depend on accurate heat and steady airflow. We repair gas and electric ovens, find out why they cook unevenly, and quote in writing first.
Which convection ovens do you have?
Pick the maker on the data plate: each page lists its problems, codes and model series. Not on the list? Call us; we repair other makers too.
Common convection ovens problems we fix
In plain words, the way kitchen and laundry staff describe them when they call.
Oven not reaching set temperature
Food cooking unevenly or slowly
Convection fan noisy or stopped
Pilot or igniter failing
Door hinge or gasket loose
Controls blank or showing an error
Ovens that carry the menu
Full-size and half-size convection ovens, deck ovens, standard oven bases and countertop ovens belong to this category. You find them in restaurants, bakeries, cafeterias and clinics. They use gas burners with blower motors, or electric elements, with thermostats or electronic controls to hold the heat.
Constant heat and grease wear them down. Fan motors and bearings suffer, door gaskets harden, and thermostat probes and igniters lose accuracy. Coastal humidity speeds rust around door frames, and a kitchen that stays hot shortens the life of control boards.
Where we start
We compare the real oven temperature with the setting, then inspect the burners or elements, the igniter or pilot safety, the convection fan and motor, the thermostat or probe, the door seal and the control board. A cold oven does not say which part is responsible, so we test before replacing anything.
On older ovens a motor, igniter or thermostat is usually worth fixing; a warped liner or burned-out cavity may not be. Keep the data plate details ready when you call. Please do not bypass a safety switch. If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility from outside.
Convection ovens codes by maker
The same characters mean different things on different makers and controls, so pick yours first.

Uneven cooking often comes from a weak or stopped convection fan, a worn door seal, a thermostat that has drifted, or a failing burner or element. We test heat, airflow and seal before recommending parts.
Do you service both gas and electric convection ovens?
Yes. We work on gas and electric convection ovens, deck ovens and standard oven bases. Tell us the type and fuel when you book, and read the model off the data plate.
Is an older oven worth repairing?
Many are. Heavily built ovens often outlast newer ones. After the check we tell you what is practical and give you a written price before any work begins.
