Champion Models We Service
Champion undercounters include the UH130, UH130B, UH230, UH230B and UH330B high-temperature models with a built-in booster, and the UL130 low-temperature chemical model. Door-type machines include the DH3000, DH6000 and DH6000T, with VHR ventless heat-recovery versions, plus the DH2000 and DL2000. Our conveyor work covers the 44 PRO, 54 PRO, 64 PRO and 66 PRO and the EUCC flight machines. We also repair CG4 and CG6 glasswashers and the PP-11 PRO VHR pot, pan and utensil washer. Older DH-1000, D-H1, UH-100, UH-200 and UL-100 machines still running in kitchens are welcome too.
The M4 undercounter control accounts for much of our time. Its temperature board shows Lo when wash or rinse water is under 100 degrees F, H HH when the water climbs too hot, and E when a thermistor, its wire or a connection needs attention. A booster that passes 210 degrees F locks out for ten minutes.
Checks Before Blaming a Board
We start with the incoming hot water, the wash arms and jets and the chemical supply, since clogged jets and low temperatures cause most poor wash results. Humid air, common in Miami and Houston, is hard on thermistor connections and wiring, and scale builds on elements wherever the water is hard. A tank-empty indication with the heater on means the machine is not filling, and the tank can be extremely hot, so let it cool before anyone reaches in.
On older Champion machines we say plainly when a repair does not make sense. We confirm the model first, give a written price before work, and back the repair with a 30-day warranty.

Lo means the wash or rinse water reads under 100 degrees F. Check that the hot water supply is on and the incoming water is hot. If Lo stays after a few cycles, call us and we will test the thermistor and heater.
What does an E on a Champion dish machine display mean?
On the M4 undercounters, E in the wash or rinse display points to the thermistor, a broken wire between it and the board, or a loose connection. That circuit needs a test, so call us rather than guessing.
Do you repair older Champion machines like the UH-100 and DH-1000?
Yes. We service UH-100, UH-200, UL-100, D-H1 and DH-1000 machines along with current models. We confirm the model first, and we tell you honestly if a repair costs more than it is worth.
Do you service Champion conveyors and pot washers?
Yes. We work on 44, 54, 64 and 66 PRO rack conveyors, EUCC flight machines, CG glasswashers and the PP-11 PRO pot, pan and utensil washer. Tell us the model and what the machine is doing, and we plan the visit around it.
