Turbo Air Lines We Service

Restaurants rely on Turbo Air, and we repair the M3R refrigerators and M3F freezers, PRO Series reach-ins, TSR and TSF Super Deluxe cabinets, and the TUR, JUR, MUR and EUR refrigerators with their TUF, JUF, MUF and EUF freezer counterparts. For prep work we handle MST, PST and TST prep tables, TPR pass-through refrigerators and JBT and JST J-Series buffet tables. M3H and PRO heated cabinets belong to the same families.

Common Problems and First Checks

After a power loss or an off cycle, a Turbo Air compressor waits three minutes before it restarts, so a cabinet that is silent after an outage may only be waiting. On TSR and TSF cabinets the display shows Hi or Lo when the inside temperature moves outside the display limits, and a door open for more than 30 seconds sets off a chirp. D-sensor codes such as D1 and F3 point to defrost trouble.

Self-cleaning condenser models still collect grease in a working kitchen, and the coil benefits from a blow-out once or twice a year. Coastal humidity in Miami and Houston, and dusty heat in Los Angeles and San Diego, mean we look at the coil first on every visit. On PST pizza tables, a drain hose that slips out of the drain pan sends water to the floor. Older units get an honest repair-or-replace answer.

FAQTurbo Air questions
My Turbo Air cabinet is silent after the power came back. Is it broken?

It may be the three-minute restart delay. Wait a few minutes with the doors closed, and call us if the compressor still does not start.

What does Hi on a Turbo Air display mean?

Hi means the cabinet temperature is above the display limit. Close the doors and check the condenser, and call us if it stays high.

Do you repair older Turbo Air J-Series and E-Line cabinets?

Yes. We service JUR, JUF, EUR and EUF units, and we say plainly if an older cabinet is past a worthwhile repair.

Why is there water under my Turbo Air pizza table?

On PST tables the drain hose can slip out of the drain pan. We check the hose, the pan and the defrost drain.
