Espresso Machine Repair in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Diego
Espresso machines depend on steady pressure, heat and clean water. We repair commercial machines for cafes, restaurants and hotels, and we explain what is worn before you approve any parts.
Which espresso machines do you have?
Pick the maker on the data plate: each page lists its problems, codes and model series. Not on the list? Call us; we repair other makers too.
Common espresso machines problems we fix
In plain words, the way kitchen and laundry staff describe them when they call.
Shots weak or running too fast
Steam wand losing pressure or sputtering
Group head leaking around the gasket
Pump loud or pressure swinging
Boiler heating slowly or not at all
Warning light or sudden shutoff
Commercial espresso machines include traditional multi-group machines, compact single-group units, super-automatic models and units with a separate hot water tap. Cafes, restaurants, hotels and bars rely on them. A machine has a pump, one or more boilers, group heads, a steam wand, valves and electronic controls.
What goes wrong over time
Scale from hard water is the biggest cause of trouble. It coats boilers and heating elements and clogs valves, screens and lines, and a softener or filter helps only if its cartridge is kept up. Heat and humidity add corrosion on connections, and busy service wears gaskets, pumps and steam valves.
We start with the water supply and filter, then check pump pressure, the boiler and heating element, valves, gaskets and screens, and the steam system. Weak shots and weak steam each have several possible causes, and what you taste or see cannot name one, so we test the parts in order.
Repair or replace, and what to have ready
If the frame and boilers are sound, a new pump, valve or gasket is usually worthwhile. If a boiler is badly scaled or leaking, we explain the options. Have the model label or data plate ready, and describe what the machine does at the group and the wand.
Please do not open the electrical area, touch the boiler or work on pressurized parts yourself.
Espresso machines codes by maker
The same characters mean different things on different makers and controls, so pick yours first.

A worn group gasket, a scaled boiler, a tired pump, a clogged screen or an unsteady grinder setting can all affect shots. The cup alone does not tell us which, so we test pressure, heat and flow before recommending a repair.
Is a leaking group head urgent?
It can get worse. Water around the group usually means a worn gasket or screen, and ignoring it can lead to bigger wear. Avoid touching hot parts, follow your food-safety plan, and call us.
Can you service an older espresso machine?
Yes. Well-built machines last many years. We check the boiler, pump, valves, gaskets and controls, give a written price before work, and tell you honestly when a repair is no longer sensible.
