Commercial Fryer Repair in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Diego
A fryer that will not hold heat or stay lit stops the whole line. We repair gas and electric fryers, check the safety controls, and give you a written price before work starts.
Which fryers do you have?
Pick the maker on the data plate: each page lists its problems, codes and model series. Not on the list? Call us; we repair other makers too.
Common fryers problems we fix
In plain words, the way kitchen and laundry staff describe them when they call.
Oil not reaching cooking temperature
Pilot will not stay lit
Burner lights with a delay
Oil leaking at the drain valve
High-limit shutting the fryer off
Basket lift or controls failing
Fryers of every size
Commercial fryers include floor models with one or several vats, countertop fryers, pressure fryers and high-volume filter fryers. They run restaurants, concession stands, school cafeterias, convenience stores and church kitchens, with gas burners or electric elements, a thermostat and a high-limit safety.
Oil, carbon and heat wear a fryer in a pattern. Burner tubes carbon up, thermostats drift, drain valves seep, and pilot or ignition parts fail. Grease in the air also coats electrical parts and cabinet vents, which makes service access harder over time.
What we check, and what to know
We examine the burner or element, ignition and pilot safety, the gas valve, the thermostat and high-limit, the drain valve and the vat for leaks, plus the filtration system on filter fryers. A fryer slow to heat does not say whether the heat source or the controls are the cause, so we test both.
Older fryers are often worth a repair if the vat is sound; a leaking or warped tank is a different story, and we tell you early. Please let the oil cool before any work and never add water to hot oil. If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility from outside. Keep the model label ready.
Fryers codes by maker
The same characters mean different things on different makers and controls, so pick yours first.

A gas fryer may have a failing pilot, thermocouple, gas valve or thermostat; an electric fryer may have a bad element, contactor or high-limit. We test each in order. If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility from outside, and do not relight the fryer.
Is it safe to keep using a fryer with a leaking drain valve?
No. Leaking oil is a burn and fire risk. Let the oil cool completely before anyone touches it, shut the fryer down, and call us. We repair or replace the valve and check the tank.
What should I have ready?
The model and serial number from the data plate, whether the fryer is gas or electric, and what it is doing. Call us or use the online form, and we confirm a three-hour arrival window.
